Overview of the UNITY College Preparation Program

It is the intention of UNITY Football Club to provide a successful college recruiting and advisory program for its players. At UNITY, we believe that each and every player should be rewarded with the opportunity to take their talents to the collegiate game, if that’s what they desire.

Former players who were coached, guided and developed by past and present members of the UNITY Football Club coaching staff:

 

In order to achieve this goal, we work from various sources that include the guidance of our professional coaches as well as the experience of the college coaches that we have within our network.

All UNITY High School-age players will receive a copy of our College Prep Manual, which we encourage families to utilize as a starting point for their recruiting process.

Beyond the manual, the club provides several additional resources for our college-bound athletes. All players will be required to register with Field Level, a platform that allows the coach to be in constant contact with college coaches nationwide and promote their players on a regular basis.

For players and their families, this program will serve as a step-by-step guide to the college recruiting process, taking them through the entire pathway, from writing introductory letters to college coaches through setting up an official visit, prompting each user with reminders and tracking their advancement.
